The Sign Reads: "Irish Pub"/ "Dining Room" or some such...What should be on the Menu?- All too often people seem to have a negative impression of Irish cookery yet I am convinced that were it not for Irish cookery the greatness of the people would never have been realized. It surely gives one strength! The same is true of the Irish Culture of Drink.
