Mondrian Horn Hat-Trombone, foam insulation fabric and helmet liner. 5.Stereo trumpet Napoleon hat- Two trumpets with slide trombone action on Napoleon hat. 6. Big Blow and the Bushwacker Hats: 6 hats commissioned by the band Big Blow and the Bushwackers for performance. 7. 6 hats commissioned by hot times festival Columbus Ohio 2003 Trombones Converted into hats with foam, buttons and fabric. 8. Participants learn about how brass instruments work, how sound is formed, and are introduced to playing brass instruments. This involved research and collection of information, tunes and lyrics, transcription and writing.
