The Fish out of
Baltimore Project was inspired by the "Fish out of Water" Project. We at
Hutman Productions felt that there should be at least one large fish on an
artcar. A fish that was free to leave town! It resides in the suburbs and
commutes all the while bringing joy to the masses! This project was done
in response to the Baltimore City fish out of water project for which
artcar artists were not invited to participate...so we found a way.
